About the Role

Hiring for our Vacaville, CA facility at Pon.Bike*

Are you passionate about solving problems, supporting people, and keeping critical systems running smoothly? Join our dynamic global IT team as an Infrastructure Analyst, where you'll be the first line of defense for end-user support, a trusted expert on local infrastructure, and a key player in maintaining the technology that powers our business. In this hands-on role, you'll tackle a wide range of technical challenges, from diagnosing and resolving issues to implementing and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems across our global infrastructure. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Support warehouse systems and apps (scanners, MDM, cameras, printers).
  • Provide end-user support and coordinate with vendors.
  • Assist with managing servers, storage, email, print, and backups.
  • Help troubleshoot hybrid networks and cloud/on-prem integration.
  • Monitor LAN/WAN/VPN/wireless performance and ensure security compliance.
  • Document IT infrastructure and technology assets.
  • Support research on new tech for infrastructure improvements.
  • Help develop and run infrastructure/system test plans and report results.
  • Assist in system/app/hardware design and capacity planning.
  • Recommend and schedule security upgrades.
  • Maintain software/hardware inventory and track licenses.
  • Support change management for tech and policy updates.
  • Participate in disaster recovery tests and document results.
  • Promote teamwork and a positive work culture.
  • Contribute to projects and tasks as needed.
  • Follow internal controls and company policies.
  • Collaborate with leadership and support process improvement.

 

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s in computer science, info systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in end-user support (L1–L3).
  • Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA certifications/training.
  • Team-oriented, with experience supporting 50+ users.
  • Experience in systems and access administration.
  • Basic knowledge of networking, PCs, OS (Linux a plus).
  • Understanding of hardware/software evaluation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure to server virtualization.
  • Familiarity with warehouse tech (Zebra, SOTI, VisiTrak, BarTender).
  • Knowledge of Azure, Office365, Windows Server, Exchange, Cisco/Meraki, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN/VPN, AD, and security.
  • Basic experience with Intune, SCCM, MDT, WSUS, GPO.
  • Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, VBScript, Bash).
