About the Role: 

Come Ride With Us in our Woudenberg, Netherlands office, as our new Infrastructure Analyst. Reporting into our Senior Manager, Global IT Support, you’re the kind of person who loves being the first line of support when end-users need answers fast. You take pride in keeping local infrastructure running flawlessly, knowing that every smooth login, secure connection, and reliable system is thanks to your expertise. With your knack for diagnosing problems and delivering solutions across hardware, software, and networks, you don’t just fix issues, you ensure our entire global environment stays strong, connected, and ready for anything.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Provide support for office infrastructure systems and applications (including conference rooms, MDM, security systems/cameras, and printers). 
  • Provide end-user support and coordinate with local vendors as needed. 
  • Assist in managing local and cloud-based servers and storage, including email, print, and backup systems, and their associated operating systems and software. 
  • Help manage and troubleshoot hybrid network environments, ensuring seamless integration between on-premises and cloud infrastructures. 
  • Monitor and optimize LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless infrastructure performance, ensuring compliance with security standards. 
  • Assist in documenting and developing knowledge of the company's existing IT architecture/infrastructure and technology portfolio. 
  • Support research efforts on products, services, and emerging technologies to aid infrastructure development. 
  • Assist in developing and executing test plans to check infrastructure and systems technical performance and report findings. 
  • Assist in the design and review of new systems, applications, and hardware; participate in capacity planning as needed. 
  • Help recommend and schedule security improvements and upgrades. 
  • Assist in compiling and maintaining the inventory of company software and hardware assets, while tracking their corresponding licenses. 
  • Support change management requirements for deploying new or improved technologies, standards, practices, policies, and procedures. 
  • Participate in annual disaster recovery tests and document results. 

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience 
  • Prior experience working in an end-user-facing environment as either a direct support representative (L1) or point of escalation (L2 or L3) 
  • Certifications or training related to Microsoft, ITIL, or CompTIA 
  • 3-5 years of related work experience 
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and supporting a userbase of 50 employees or more 
  • Experience in systems and user access administration 
  • Basic technical knowledge of networking hardware, software, protocols, PC, and platform operating systems (knowledge of Linux is a plus) 
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities 
  • Understanding how to deploy SaaS environments, including hotfixes and patches 
  • Managing user roles, access requests, and emergency transports in accordance with internal security policies 
  • Familiarity with SaaS systems such as Asana, Power BI, Slack, Workday 
  • Knowledge and experience in areas such as Azure, Office365, Windows Server, Exchange, CISCO/Meraki firewalls, switches and routers, Meraki Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, network protocols, LAN, WAN, VPN, firewall management, and operating system configuration, security, as well as Active Directory 
  • Basic knowledge of enterprise deployment technologies such as Intune, SCCM, MDT, WSUS, Group Policy Object 
  • Basic automation programming skills (PowerShell, VBScript, Bash)
