As the Outside Account Manager – Germany, you’ll be the face of Cannondale across Southwest Germany. You spend your time in the market, working directly with dealers, understanding their business, and helping them succeed with Cannondale. Your influence shows up in strong partnerships, healthy distribution, and a dealer network that’s ready for what’s next. Come Ride With Us!
How You'll Make an Impact:

Manage and grow relationships with authorized Cannondale dealers across Southwest Germany

Plan and run the territory business with a focus on sustainable sales results

Support dealers with commercial topics, product availability, and daily questions

Bring Cannondale marketing initiatives to life at retail

Support balanced distribution of bikes, parts, and accessories

Stay close to the market and share dealer and consumer insights with internal teams

Take part in dealer events, trainings, demos, and national trade shows

Work closely with our Customer Experience (CX) team and colleagues across Cannondale to ensure a smooth dealer experience

Contribute to cross‑functional projects that support the wider business
What You Bring to the Table:

2–4 years of experience in a similar position within the cycling, sports, or outdoor industry

An extensive network within the territory and within the cycling, sports, or outdoor industry
-
An organized approach to work, with flexibility when priorities shift
-
Clear, thoughtful communication and a collaborative working style

Written and verbal fluency in English and German
-
Residence in Southwest Germany and enjoyment of time in the field

A valid driver’s license and comfort with regular, daily travel
-
A passion for mountain bikes, road bikes, e‑bikes, action sports, and/or the outdoor lifestyle
