Pon.Bike UK is recruiting for a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to join their team. This role serves as the driving force behind our road and gravel categories, ensuring our premium brands resonate authentically with both retailers and riders. The Marketing Manager acts as the primary lead for Road and Gravel, providing a bridge between product technicality and community engagement. You will ensure seamless coordination between Sales and Media to maintain brand consistency and drive market presence.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead retailer education initiatives and provide hands-on support for media and events.
  • Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) campaigns, leveraging deep product expertise and established industry relationships.
  • Provide end-to-end management of B2B and B2C events, organized rides, and our specific Owners Clubs and Groups.
  • Maintain a direct, consistent partnership with our brand-specific sales teams to align marketing efforts with commercial goals.
  • Act as an authentic voice for the brand, bringing genuine passion and a proven reputation in the road and gravel field.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing management, specifically within the cycling or outdoor industry.
  • Strong confidence working with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms. 
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with high attention to detail. 
  • An effective communicator, comfortable working across multiple departments and with external media partners. 
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a deep technical understanding of road and gravel products. 
  • A genuine passion for cycling culture and the ability to represent Pon Bike UK authentically.
