Graduate Partner Marketing Manager

Canonical is looking for a Graduate Partner Marketing Manager to help cultivate and expand our strategic relationships with some of the biggest names in tech. Canonical’s ecosystem includes global leaders in Public Cloud (Amazon, Google, Microsoft), Silicon (Nvidia, Intel, ARM), and Hardware (Dell, HP, Lenovo). As our business scales, this role offers a unique front-row seat to how global tech partnerships are built, managed, and marketed.

This is a dynamic, entry-level position where you will support the execution of joint marketing activities while learning how to shape and scale our partner programs. You will work at the heart of the industry, helping to align Canonical’s open-source innovation with the strategic goals of our world-class partners.

Location: This role will be based remotely in the Americas region and will report to the Partner Marketing Team Manager.

What your day will look like

  • Support Partner Strategy: Assist in building joint go-to-market plans with global partners, helping to refine messaging and track pipeline generation.

  • Campaign Execution: Help create and deliver integrated campaigns, including product launches, webinar series, and industry announcements in collaboration with partner teams.

  • Creative Packaging: Learn to package Canonical’s diverse product offerings, from AI and Kubernetes to bare metal, into educational and engaging marketing materials.

  • Ecosystem Growth: Contribute to the growth of Canonical’s partner network by delivering high-quality support and value to our partners.

  • Program Scaling: Help develop and streamline partner activities, using automation and feedback to help our partner programs scale globally.

  • Cross-functional Learning: Work closely with internal alliances, product and sales teams to ensure partner marketing efforts align with broader company goals.

Your base pay will depend on various factors including your geographical location, level of experience, knowledge and skills. In addition to the benefits above, certain roles are also eligible for additional benefits and rewards including annual bonuses and sales incentives based on revenue or utilisation. Our compensation philosophy is to ensure equity right across our global workforce.
