Demand Generation Marketing Manager

Remote (USA & Canada)

As Senior Demand Marketing Manager in a small but growing Marketing team, your primary focus will be on the development and ongoing execution of an efficient demand engine, but will extend into other areas including marketing operations. This will include amplifying our messaging through organic and paid channels, conversion optimization, email marketing, events, and campaign development. It’s through your demand generation and demand capture programs that will fuel the growth of our established markets (insurance agencies and networks), and forge a path into our growing API business (insurtechs, fintechs, insurance carriers, mortgage, auto lending).

You will be working closely with a small functional marketing team and reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing.

This is an opportunity to get in early with a well-capitalized startup.

  • Advertising—manage Google search advertising, social media advertising, and evaluate sponsorships. You’ll write copy and use templated creatives. We use Metadata.io as an advertising platform, experience with Metadata.io is a plus.
  • Marketing operations—track data and activities in Hubspot. Create and manage workflows for campaigns, data flow, and attribution. Manage reporting dashboards. Hubspot admin experience a plus.
  • Email marketing—nurture leads through impactful email campaigns.
  • Cross-functional alignment—you’ll work closely with the sales and product teams to agree on priorities and processes.
