- Translate research into high-level requirements (product, security, compliance) that enable successful execution of new initiatives.
- Evaluate potential partnerships and integrations, creating clear assessments of value, risks, and business impact.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and UX researchers to validate assumptions with customers and turn insights into actionable requirements.
- Communicate insights and recommendations through clear narratives and presentations, enabling executives and cross-functional teams to align quickly and take action.
- Define and track success metrics post-launch to measure the impact of strategic initiatives and ensure business value is realized.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in product strategy, product analysis, business strategy, or a related role.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact research that shapes product and business decisions.

- Familiarity with SaaS business models and the ability to connect research to product and business outcomes.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working independently on end-to-end research.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence decisions across teams.
- A sense of humor, empathy, confidence, and humility.
- Hybrid schedule: M,W,F in office and T,Th optional remote
