What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Product Manager at Canopy, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering products that support healthcare workers in fast-moving clinical environments. You will partner closely with design, engineering, and leadership to translate complex operational challenges into intuitive, scalable product solutions.

This is a highly collaborative role where you will drive product strategy while ensuring execution stays tightly aligned with real-world customer needs.

Here are some of the responsibilities you'll take on:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps that align with Canopy’s mission of improving safety and responsiveness in healthcare environments.
  • Customer & Workflow Insight: Develop a deep understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and customer needs through direct engagement with healthcare partners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and leadership to bring product initiatives from concept through delivery.
  • Product Discovery: Conduct customer interviews, usability reviews, and research to uncover opportunities and validate product direction.
  • Requirements & Prioritization: Translate product strategy into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized roadmaps.
  • Execution & Delivery: Lead product development cycles in partnership with engineering teams, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Data-Driven Improvement: Define success metrics, analyze product usage data, and continuously iterate to improve product outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate product strategy, priorities, and progress across internal teams and leadership.
  • Product Experience: Partner closely with UX and engineering to ensure product experiences are intuitive, reliable, and effective in real clinical environments.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of product management experience building and launching SaaS products.
    ● Experience working on complex operational or workflow-driven software platforms.
    ● Strong ability to translate customer needs into clear product strategy and execution plans.
    ● Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design teams in agile development environments.
    ● Experience working with data, analytics, and product metrics to guide decisions.
    ● Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
    ● Comfort operating in fast-moving startup environments where priorities evolve quickly.
    ● Healthcare, clinical, or regulated industry experience highly preferred.
    ● Passion for building products that solve meaningful real-world problems.
