Job Overview:
The North American Strategic Channel Account Manager will drive new Partner Acquisition and Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to build a Partner network of Selling, Service, and Solution Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing the company’s Channel strategy to achieve sales targets and revenue goals in North America, emphasizing the day-to-day management of channel operations.
- Identify, engage, and recruit new partners - including Resell, Solution, and Technology partners expanding coverage and address channel gaps.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Direct Sellers and Account Managers.
- Analyze and assess channel coverage, partner capacity and recruitment requirements across North America, identifying key regions or segments for partner recruitment and development.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies, including marketing campaigns, coordinating lead generation initiatives, and ensuring effective implementation of sales enablement activities.
- Drive the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary training, resources, and support to effectively pitch and sell Canto solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to drive mutual success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success with a minimum of 4 years in new partner recruitment and partner management within a MarTech organization
- Strong understanding of the US market and experience in developing and managing partner networks in the region.
- Professional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the US regularly (and other locations in the Americas region as needed).
