Role: Product Marketing Manager
Location: US - Remote ( See eligible states below)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts, refine product messaging, and collaborate across teams to maximize market impact. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, transforming technical capabilities into clear value propositions that resonate with customers and drive demand.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in launching products, influencing market strategy, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent, compelling message reaches the right audience at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft differentiated product narratives that communicate the value and impact of our solutions for target markets and customer segments. Strong experience developing vertical-specific ICPs and personas.
- Go-to-Market Planning & Launch Readiness: Partner with the Director of Product Marketing to lead upcoming product launches, working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth and impactful rollout.
- Sales Enablement Partnership: Work closely with the Sales Enablement Lead to develop and deliver training materials and product content.
- Market & Competitive Research: Continuously monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitors to inform product strategy and identify new market opportunities.
- Campaign Collaboration: Partner with demand generation and digital marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and product adoption.
- Content Creation Partnership: Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling assets—such as blogs, guides, and case studies—that support the product narrative and drive engagement across the buyer journey.
- Performance Analysis: Track key metrics related to product success and GTM execution, using data to provide insights and optimize future initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience needed to be successful in this role:
- 3–5 years of experience in product marketing (experience in b2b SaaS preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical features into customer-centric benefits.
- Proven experience in driving successful product launches
- Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Experience with Monday.com and Navattic is a plus
