Job Title: Power Platform Developer

 

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4 to 9 years

 

Power Automate/Cloud Flow - 

• Workflow Customisation and Automation:
• Customise and automate workflows within Power Automate to streamline Dynamics 365 customer service processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
• Integration with Banking Systems:
• Develop integrations between Power Automate and various banking systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across platforms.
• AI Builder Integration for AI-Driven Insights:
• Leverage AI Builder within Power Automate to implement classification and sentiment analysis, providing deep insights into customer interactions and feedback.
• Scalability and System Enhancement:
• Design solutions with scalability in mind, ensuring the ability to handle increasing volumes of data and transactions without compromising performance.
• CI/CD Automation for Deployment:
• Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices for automated testing and deployment of Power Automate flows, ensuring reliability and rapid delivery of updates.
• Technical Leadership and Strategy:
• Lead projects and technical teams in developing advanced automation solutions, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
