About the Role

Responsibilities 

Power BI Functional Consulting

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into dashboards.
  • Design & develop Power BI reports (DAX, Power Query, data models).
  • Deploy and govern Power BI assets (security, RLS, workspaces).
  • Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and visualization standards.
  • Provide end-user training and support post go-live.

Change Management

  • Develop and implement change management strategies .
  • Engage stakeholders and drive communication plans.
  • Conduct training workshops and promote user adoption.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and manage resistance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, HR, and business units.

Show Us What You’ve Got 

It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience: 

  • 10+ years in Power BI development (DAX, M, data modeling, SQL).
  • 3+ years in Change Management (Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent).
  • Exposure to Cloud (Azure/GCP).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in BI deployment and adoption across large organizations.
  • Cross-functional team collaboration.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications: Power BI (PL-300), Prosci/Change Management, PMP.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate).
  • Exposure to finance, Banking, Insurance, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing sectors.
