The Learning & Development (L&D) team supports the growth and performance of our consulting talent across the Americas. We design and deliver high-impact learning experiences that are closely aligned with our business strategy and evolving priorities. Our work is grounded in deep collaboration with the business Consultants and Partner leaders we support — they are our co-creators in shaping programs that are practical, relevant, and built for the real demands of consulting. As our firm continues to grow, we are reshaping the role of L&D in our culture — shifting toward a skills-based approach to learning and redefining how we deliver value through development.

About the Job:

As a Learning and Development Analyst, you will support the successful execution of learning programs across our firm through strong coordination, data analysis, and administrative support, thus supporting the team to deliver an impactful learner experience. This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a growing interest in the field of L&D. You will collaborate closely with the broader L&D team and internal stakeholders to enhance the learner experience and support the team’s evolving strategic priorities.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Support the day-to-day execution of learning programs, including coordinating logistics, managing communications, and supporting facilitators and learners
  • Assist with program setup, enrollment, and data management within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor participation, satisfaction, and learning outcomes; help identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Help gather and synthesize learner feedback and data to inform program enhancements
  • Contribute to the development and updating of learning materials in partnership with Specialists and subject matter experts
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support the implementation of learning initiatives aligned to business goals
  • Provide operational and technical support for in-person and virtual sessions
  • Draft clear and effective communications related to learning opportunities
  • Participate in L&D team meetings and contribute to projects and process improvements

 What You’ll Bring with You:

  • 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in Learning and Development, HR, or Talent functions, with exposure to learning coordination, systems, and/or analytics
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to track details and timelines across multiple initiatives
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • A proactive, can-do mindset and flexibility to support evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • An analytical approach and interest in working with learning data to identify meaningful insights
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday Learning) and proficiency in Excel for tracking and reporting (preferred)
  • Curiosity about learning strategy and a desire to grow within the L&D field
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Learning, Talent, Education, Business, Consulting, or related fields (preferred)

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
