Role Description

 

• Good understanding of UK payments - Chaps , Faster payments, ISO 20022, BACS, SEPA , Pain , PACS , CAMT formats.
• 8 – 10 years of experience who can gather requirements , elaborate those, draft Customer journey map/ use cases, identify all possible scenarios for the a new piece of requirement.
• Handson with application and Database query .
• Will be able to write EPICS, User stories, and hands-on with JIRA and confluence.
• Good stakeholder management skills .

· Other Skills: Communication, Data Analysis, Presentation, Process Development, MS Office. Mastery, Issue Based Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis, Business Case, Estimation, Scoping
