Digital Marketing Specialist (6-Month Contract)

Start: October 2025

About the Team

We’re not saying we’re your new favorite team… but we might be.

Our small digital marketing team is spread across three countries - Even though we’re remote, we manage to stay connected, keep things light, and actually enjoy working together. No micromanagement here -just a lot of collaboration, autonomy, and space to run with your ideas.

Our top priority? That you feel valued, supported, and free to work in a way that suits you best. We’re convinced that nothing makes a team work better than happy team members.

This role is a maternity cover, and while it’s temporary (for now), it’s also a great opportunity to jump into a high-impact role and help us keep momentum across some of our most important channels.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who’s experienced in digital marketing and ready to support with our CRM and social media activities for six months. You’ll work closely with regional marketing teams, helping them bring campaigns to life, while making sure our CRM and social channels stay sharp, engaging, and on-brand.

We value authenticity, humor, and team spirit. We need someone who has hands-on CRM (HubSpot) experience, is confident creating and analyzing content for LinkedIn and Instagram, and comfortable using data to make decisions. If you enjoy both the strategic side of marketing and the day-to-day execution, you’ve found your place.

What You’ll Get to Do:

CRM & Email Campaigns (HubSpot)

  • Support the planning, execution, and performance tracking of campaigns
  • Create reports, set up workflows, lists and forms
  • Test content and optimize it based on results
  • Help teams across regions improve their HubSpot campaigns

Social Media (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)

  • Manage our editorial calendar and publish high-quality, brand-aligned content
  • Analyze performance, explore different content formats, and highlight the most impactful strategies for continued focus
  • Support our employee advocacy efforts and help drive internal engagement

Analytics & Reporting

  • Translate performance analytics into actionable insights
  • Identify new opportunities across platforms and audiences
  • Compile and present campaign reports to internal stakeholders

 What You’ll Bring With You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an international or B2B environment
  • Proven experience with HubSpot (CRM, email, workflows, reporting)
  • Strong knowledge of social media content strategy and management tools (e.g. Oktopost)
  • Excellent understanding of content that drives engagement across different digital channels
  • Solid analytical skills and ability to interpret and visualize data
  • Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive mindset - ready to take the lead and make things happen
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
