Job Title: Sr. PMO
- Managed PMO activity in both captive and direct client environments
- Experience in setting up and running governance frameworks. I’ve established standardized processes, set up reporting structures, and defined KPIs to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with organizational objectives across projects and programs.
- Experience in project and program reporting. I regularly create and manage reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), risk assessments, project status, and financial tracking. Using tools like Power BI, Jira, and MS Project
- Interrelationship
- Forecasting informs budgeting.
- Budgeting sets performance targets.
- Variance analysis assesses performance against the budget.
- Experience in RAID, RTM, RACI
- Change management and controls are essential processes in project management that ensure changes to a project are systematically assessed, approved, and implemented while minimizing disruption and maintaining project objectives
- A program plan and milestone tracking are critical components of program management, helping to ensure that programs align with strategic objectives and deliver expected benefits.
- Risk management is a systematic process for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could potentially impact the success of a project or organization.
- Tooling – Clarity, JIRA, Confluence.
- Key stakeholders handled - Business Sponsors, CTO, CIO, CFO, Product Owner, BA, PMO, SME's, Development team, Testing team, Third party vendors
- Experience in Agile Ways of Working / PI planning
