Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Strategy & Transformation Analyst to support business management and strategic initiatives. The role involves working closely with senior team members to assist in reporting, data analysis, presentation development, and coordination across teams. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations to track progress against key strategic objectives for leadership and visiting stakeholders.
• Contribute to content creation for governance meetings such as Risk & Compliance reviews, business performance discussions, and leadership forums.
• Help compile inputs and materials for CEO townhalls and other internal communication events.
• Project Management for the ongoing process transformation initiatives
• Support maintenance and basic enhancements of dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Coordinate with internal teams or vendors to support reporting improvements and automation initiatives.
• Conduct secondary research and data analysis to support strategic planning efforts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in strategy, business management, consulting, or a related function.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• High attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
