About the Job:
As a member of the Capco Technology Team, you’ll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As a Senior Collibra Developer, you’ll use your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our software products for our customers.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Serve as Collibra DQ product expert, guiding adoption, setup, and optimization across business and technical user groups.
- Design and deliver training sessions, hands-on workshops, and tailored coaching for Data Stewards, Data Owners, and Governance Analysts.
- Advise on best practices for:
- Profiling and monitoring data quality
- Rule creation and reuse
- Threshold setting and scoring
- Issue triage and feedback loops
- Partner with internal stakeholders to configure DQ dashboards, scorecards, and operational workflows within Collibra.
- Evaluate opportunities to leverage Informatica Cloud Data Quality in a complementary role to CDQ when appropriate
- Support documentation and enablement materials for ongoing internal use.
What You’ll Bring with You:
- Deep hands-on experience with Collibra Data Quality, ideally in enterprise or large-scale deployments.
- Strong grasp of data quality dimensions (completeness, validity, consistency, etc.) and how to implement them via Collibra’s rules engine and scorecards.
- Demonstrated ability to train and empower non-technical business users.
- Familiarity with Informatica Cloud Data Quality a plus
- Strong communication, facilitation, and knowledge-sharing mindset.
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Nice to Have: - Experience supporting data governance programs in regulated environments (e.g., finance, healthcare).
- Familiarity with other components of the Collibra platform (e.g., Catalog, Governance, Workflow).
- Background in metadata-driven quality assurance or data lineage use cases.
