ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Senior Consultant | Digital Product Manager to lead and deliver transformative digital initiatives for top-tier financial institutions. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in mobile app development, automation, platform enhancement, and stakeholder engagement.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end digital products, driving innovation, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to shape solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive digital transformation projects, including mobile app development, platform upgrades, and automation initiatives
  • Manage the end to end product lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with clients to define requirements, scope, and success metrics
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and QA teams to deliver seamless digital experiences
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology functions
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in digital delivery
  • Contribute to the growth of Capco’s Digital Practice through thought leadership and mentoring

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager or similar role in financial services or consulting
  • Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycle, automation tools, and platform enhancement strategies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams
  • Experience in Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with digital technologies, user experience principles, and emerging trends
  • Consulting experience and a client-centric mindset
