The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you’ll be a key member of our regional in-house recruitment team, responsible for end-to-end hiring across our business consulting practice in Malaysia.
You will:
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding
- Develop and execute innovative, inclusive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Represent Capco as a brand ambassador, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience
- Collaborate with the global recruitment team on strategic hiring initiatives and projects
- Provide recruitment metrics and insights to support data-driven decision-making

What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Proven experience in in-house, RPO/MSP, or agency recruitment
- A background in Financial Services or Business Consulting recruitment (preferred)
- Strong sourcing skills and experience hiring in candidate-driven markets
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong time management abilities
- Fluency in English; Mandarin and Cantonese are a plus
