Purpose of the Role & Responsibilities |
Purpose of the Role & Responsibilities: The Change & Implementation Officer will support the business in adopting the new BFA operating model, ensuring roles, responsibilities, and control overlays are clearly defined and embedded. The role bridges business process design, governance, and organisational change. Define and agree end-to-end BFA process taxonomy and RACI. Develop and implement new control overlays aligned with BFA process flows. Facilitate agreement of roles and responsibilities across Run-the-Bank and Change-the-Bank activities. Work with business and technology teams to validate new process handoffs. Ensure training, documentation, and adoption activities are executed ahead of go-live. Support go-live readiness assessments and post-implementation reviews. |

Control: |
· Ensure all process and control documentation aligns with Group Finance and BRCM standards. · Maintain change logs, sign-off documentation, and governance packs. |

Management of Risk: |
· Identify and mitigate operational risks linked to process transition and control design.
|
|
Stakeholder Management: |
· Engage business leads, process owners, and control functions to agree TOM design. · Collaborate with programme and entity teams to ensure consistent implementation. · Facilitate alignment between Finance, Data, and Technology workstreams. |

Essential Experience & Competencies
|
Business · Proven experience in Finance change management or TOM design. · Strong understanding of finance processes, controls, and reporting frameworks. · Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. · Strong governance and documentation discipline. · Experience supporting large-scale process or system transformation. |
