The Role
As a Technical Delivery Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end technology execution across complex environments. You’ll act as a single point of technical enablement, coordinating across cross-functional teams to ensure environments are ready, code is release-ready, defects are resolved efficiently, and delivery milestones are met. This role blends hands-on technical understanding with strong project execution and coordination skills, supporting high-impact outcomes for our clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate cross-functional technology teams to deliver end-to-end solutions across environments, code, and releases

  • Own technical readiness across the delivery lifecycle, including environment setup, deployment planning, and release management

  • Drive defect triage and resolution, working closely with engineering, QA, and platform teams

  • Act as a central point of technical enablement, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and delivery streams

  • Track delivery progress, risks, and dependencies, supporting predictable and high-quality execution

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience leading or coordinating technical delivery across complex, multi-team environments

  • Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, release management, and environment readiness

  • Ability to translate technical detail into clear delivery plans and outcomes

  • Experience working with engineers, testers, and infrastructure teams to resolve delivery challenges

  • Clear, inclusive communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in financial services or other regulated environments

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud-based platforms

  • Exposure to agile delivery frameworks and cross-functional program execution

  • Experience acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
