Lead enterprise-scale data transformation programmes at the heart of regulatory, risk, and business change.
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale Enterprise Data Management (EDM) initiatives. Lead enterprise-scale EDM initiatives covering data governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, and reference/master data, including associated operating model change
-
Own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, vendors, and internal teams (Data, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Business), acting as the delivery integrator across Agile and waterfall teams
-
Drive integrated delivery plans, dependencies, critical path, milestones, and financial management across complex data and platform implementations
-
Translate regulatory, risk, and business requirements into executable delivery plans, tracking outcomes against defined benefits and regulatory commitments
-
Manage senior stakeholder engagement, including executive steering committees and regulatory-facing forums, with strong ownership of RAID management and delivery assurance
What We’re Looking For
-
Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise data or regulatory transformation programmes within banking or payments environments
-
Strong delivery background across EDM tooling and platforms such as data catalogues, data quality tools, lineage solutions, and MDM
-
Demonstrated ability to manage complex governance, reporting, vendor oversight, and budget forecasting at programme level
-
Experience enabling adoption of data standards, policies, and target-state operating models across large organisations
-
A collaborative, inclusive leadership approach that builds alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
Bonus Points For

-
Exposure to long-term transformation roadmaps spanning multiple years
