2026 Associate Talent Program (ATP) - Business Consulting

Capco is a global technology and management consultancy focused on driving transformation across the financial services industry. 

Our Associate Talent Program (ATP) is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a long-term consulting career. The program begins with an immersive two-week training experience that develops consulting fundamentals, analytical thinking, communication skills, and client engagement capabilities to support success from day one. 

Following training, you’ll join client engagements across Banking, Capital Markets, Finance, Risk & Compliance, Insurance, or Wealth & Investment Management. You’ll take on meaningful responsibilities, work alongside experienced consultants, and contribute to real-world transformation initiatives within leading financial institutions. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Build an understanding of client strategy, project objectives, risks, and delivery priorities 
  • Conduct structured research, data gathering, and analysis to support client outcomes 
  • Participate in and help facilitate client meetings, workshops, and working sessions 
  • Develop clear, high-quality presentations and written materials to communicate insights 
  • Contribute to internal initiatives and market opportunities that support Capco’s growth 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Financial Services, Management Consulting, or a related discipline 
  • Graduation between Winter 2025 and Spring 2026, or up to 1 year of full-time experience 
  • Interest in business, financial services, technology, and/or management consulting 
  • Knowledge of business strategy, financial analysis, and process improvement 
  • Eagerness to learn and, adaptability to a consulting environment 
  • Start date for this position is September 2026 
  • Ability to work in the office 4 days a week 
  • Eligibility to work in Canada on a permanent basis 

Bonus Points For 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PowerBI 
  • Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams 
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences 
  • Exposure to tools such as Tableau, Confluence, JIRA, Python, VBA, or SQL 
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development 
  • Consistent performance in academic, extracurricular and community activities

The salary this position is $80,000 (Canadian dollars). Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.
