IT Project Manager – Financial Services Consulting

The Role
As an IT Project Manager within Capco’s Business Consulting practice, you’ll lead the delivery of technology-enabled change across financial services clients. Working closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and senior leaders, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital projects within financial services environments
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to drive delivery outcomes
• Establish clear governance, reporting, and communication frameworks
• Support change, adoption, and continuous improvement across programmes

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering IT or digital projects in financial services
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured delivery plans
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Enterprise Resource Planning
• Candidates based in Dubai/Doha

• Consulting or professional services background
• Experience working in regulatory or transformation programmes
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
• Exposure to cloud, data, or core banking platforms
• Experience working in regional or global delivery models
