Role Description:
Job Title: .Net Fullstack Developer - Bangalore
Location: Sarjapur, Bengaluru
Hybrid Mode - 3 days WFO (Tues, Wed, Thurs) per week
Shift Time: 12:30pm - 9:30pm
Overview:
Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our growing Engineering team. In this role, you’ll build scalable, reliable, and impactfulsoftware that supports the core of our wealth management platform. You’ll work closely with product, design, data, and AI teams to deliver solutions that solve real-world challenges for top-tier financial institutions. This is an opportunity to work on modern technology, contribute to innovative solutions, and help shape the future of financial services.
What You’ll Do • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality full-stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologies. • Build scalable and secure APIs, services, and user interfaces that integrate with complex financial systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, AI, UX) to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Implement best practices for code quality, testing, automation, and CI/CD. • Contribute to architectural decisions and continuously improve system performance, reliability, and scalability. • Participate in code reviews, mentorship, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team. • Troubleshoot production issues and support a high-availability SaaS environment.
What You Bring • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack development. • Solid experience with back-end technologies (.NET & C#). • Strong proficiency with front-end frameworks (React, Angular) and JavaScript/TypeScript. • Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and integrating with cloud-based services. • Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.). • Experience with CI/CD, automated testing frameworks, and Git-based workflows. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Passion for clean code, good design patterns, and building scalable systems. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or fintech. • Exposure to AI/ML integrations or data-intensive applications. • Background with microservices, event-driven architectures, or distributed systems. • Knowledge of security best practices, especially in regulated industries.
