Job Description:

Responsibilities • Design and Optimize AI Prompts: Develop, test, and refine AI prompts to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business goals. • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making. • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into banking operations. • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and data analytics to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of AI models and data analysis processes. • Documentation and Training: Document processes, methodologies, and findings, and provide training to team members on best practices in prompt engineering and data analysis.

Job Role

 

• • Direct Responsibilities 1. To perform development tasks on Intellimatch application and responsible for L3 support activities. 2. Should be able to perform enhancements, whereby need to analyze existing set-up and understand the requirement by performing proper impact analysis, provide estimate and deliver quality code. 3. Independent player should be able to liaise with different team to re-solve/get dependencies on time. Should be able to for-see issue/risk and intimate the same to team lead / project manager Analyze & develop Recon/functional test plans, & produce and execute test scenarios 4. Should be able to guide support team and train team members on IntelliMatch Topics 5. Involvement across all stages of Software Development life cycle (SDLC) including business requirement analysis, data mapping, validate data against requirement, build, unit testing, peer reviews, systems integration and user acceptance testing. Should have comprehensive understanding of SDLC in developing new Reconciliations and maintain existing in Intellimatch. 6. Propose improvements related to the development and support activity

    Contributing Responsibilities 1. Assist system migrations/upgrade on Intellimatch application. 2. Participate in configuration & release management. 3. Communicate with Stakeholders, End-users, IT team, Support etc. 4. Prepare the technical and functional documents 5. L3 Business support post delivery

    Technical & Behavioral Competencies Technical Competencies: 1. Hands on development/L3 Support experience on Intellimatch (Any version)/Frontier or TLM (Mandatory) 2. Good knowledge on SQL database and hands on experience on script/procedures/triggers writing skills (Mandatory) 3. Deep knowledge on Intellimatch Database(Mandatory) 4. Thorough understanding of Reconciliation process (Mandatory) 5. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities (Mandatory) 6. Intellimatch Migration experience is an added advantage 7. Knowledge of Investment Banking and its product like Bonds, Stock, Futures, Options, swaps, warrants, other listed and otc products, and aspects like Cash, Ledger, statements, SWIFT etc (Optional) 8. Knowledge on Trade lifecycle (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office) and its events (Optional) 9. Knowledge of any defect management tool (Optional)

    Behavioral Competencies: 1. Must be able to work closely with end users and peer business analyst and developers 2. Effective communication with all stakeholders/teams 3. Pragmatic approach to problem solving. 4. Strong organization and prioritization skills Specific Qualifications (if required) Educational Qualifications : B.E / B. Tech or equivalent. Work experience (in years): 2-5 years of professional software development experience.
