Required skills & Experience:
• Experienced BA with minimum 8+ years of experience in consulting or handling change programs within investment banking. • Expect sound understanding of standard Trade lifecycle, financial products like Derivatives, Repo, Bonds Loans, Equity. • Have a detailed understanding of collateral management functions for global investment banking. Key processes include - Collateral Pricing & Eligibility, Agreements Management, Margin call Calculations / Issuance, Interest on Collateral, Collateral Settlements, Collateral Substitutions Management, Collateral Balance Management, Portfolio Reconciliations, MI & Reporting. • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements specific to derivative markets (e.g., EMIR, Dodd-Frank, CFTC etc.) • Experience in analyzing data for complex business processes and ability to translate the technical requirements into business solutions. • Should have experience working in large cross functional and/or cross geographical programs (mainly, Front Office to Back Office architecture overhaul projects which require coordination across multiple corporate functions and Technology partners) • Excellent understanding of change management principles • Ability to operate in both agile and waterfall style project methodologies and understand deliverables required for each methodology. • Attention to detail and high-quality standards of documentation, processes and control environment. • Creative problem-solving ability, inquisitive mind-set and confident self-starter who can work under pressure; Ability to work independently with limited oversight. • Flexibility (Openness to Change) – Adapts effectively to changing plans, domains, and priorities; Is open and flexible when faced with changing project constraints and timelines. • Proficiency in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office products and other data analysis and presentation tools. Knowledge of SQL and Python will be preferred. • Excellent Communication, Leadership skills and Organization Skills along with experience in managing Sr. Stakeholder relationships is required.
