Role Description

Automation Role Overview : This role will play a critical part in transforming Clients Tax Operations through intelligent automation, improving scalability, control, and efficiency while.  The successful candidate will combine strong hands-on technical capability with the ability to coach and upskill teams, helping embed automation capability across the Operations function.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions to optimise operational processes across company Operations.
• Leverage technologies such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) to deliver scalable automation.
• Identify automation opportunities through process analysis, value assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
• Integrate AI capabilities into automation solutions where appropriate to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and establish best practices, standards, and governance for automation.
• Coach, mentor, and train Operations staff to build internal automation capability.
• Partner with Operations, Technology, and Change teams to deliver automation aligned to strategic priorities.
• Support the development and execution of the Operations automation roadmap.
• Ensure automation solutions meet risk, compliance, audit, and control requirements.
