Solution Architect - Insurance

We’re hiring an IT Solution Architect to design and deliver modern cloud and AI‑powered platforms across Insurance and Financial Services.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and integrate AI and automation capabilities (LLMs, OCR, document intelligence, chatbots, model‑powered decisioning)
• Work closely with engineering teams to guide delivery, set patterns, and ensure high‑quality implementations
• Modernize legacy applications into microservices, containers, and serverless ecosystems
• Define non‑functional requirements (security, performance, resilience, observability)
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (cloud, data, product, security) to deliver end‑to‑end solutions
• Lead architecture discussions with senior stakeholders and present technical recommendations
• Contribute to technical strategy, standards, and reusable architecture patterns

What You Bring

• 10+ years in solution architecture or senior engineering roles
• 8+ years designing large‑scale distributed systems
• Deep hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong background in microservices, APIs, containers, IaC, DevOps pipelines
• Practical experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into products or workflows
• Strong knowledge of modern backend engineering (Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot; bonus for Python, Go, etc.)
• Ability to work across hybrid environments and modernize legacy systems
• Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting architecture to technical and business stakeholders
