Location - MUMBAI

Years of Expn - 7yrs+

Role Description

1. Strong CRM background, understanding of email to case / system to case functionalities
2. Agile – mandatory
3. Strong comms and can work independently in a squad as an Agile BA
4. Documentation skills – being able to draft FSDs, User Stories, POCs.
5. Dynamics 365 experience is a plus – we can look for Dynamics functional consultant / technical consultant (that’s how we found Lavina and Gaurav).
6. AI experience – plus (GenAI, Copilot, Prompts writing)
