Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Operations Lead to oversee operational governance, financial discipline, and delivery excellence across Capco India.
This role will report into the India COO and partner closely with business leadership to ensure scalable growth, strong margin performance, optimized workforce utilization, and predictable delivery across global accounts and GCC programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive P&L governance, forecasting discipline, and margin optimization
- Workforce and capacity planning, and demand-supply alignment
- Improve operational processes across Sales, Resourcing, Finance, and HR
- Enhance reporting, dashboards, and performance transparency
- Identify and mitigate operational and commercial risks
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in consulting operations, commercial governance, or business operations
- Strong understanding of Financial Services consulting environments
- Experience managing offshore/global delivery models
- Proven expertise in forecasting, utilization management, and margin improvement
- Strong stakeholder management
- Analytical, structured thinker with strong execution capability
- Excellent Excel and Visualization skills
