Capco’s Strategy practice specializes in Business Strategy, Organizational Strategy, Experience & Design, and Marketing Services. We are looking for candidates with focus on Business Strategy and Organizational Strategy:

  • Business Strategy: We define where to play and how to win, then translate choices into a lean, scalable operating model. We have been focusing on cost transformation, AI-driven business model and growth strategy designs.
  • Organizational Strategy: We help our clients design an organization and talent model that is right for their business – creating the desired culture which drives high performance and sustainability. We have been focusing on AI-enabled culture transformation for our clients.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Focus on delivering strategic client engagements, winning new pursuits and building out our Strategy practice
  • Have an opportunity to play a major role in projects such as developing a market entry strategy for financial services clients, or defining a new business model for broker dealer, or designing a new omni-channel experience for an emerging neobank, etc.
  • Critically think through storyboard, work with SMEs to develop thought leadership content in both domain and capability and participate in client pitches.
  • Support client engagements with AI-powered tools and agents for diagnostics, benchmarking, and scenario modelling
  • Partner with Capco’s domain and solution services experts (AI Enablement, Finance, Risk, Regulation & Compliance, Data, Technology)
  • Develop thought leadership around the future of different lines of businesses (wealth management, capital markets, M&A, PE...) through content and capacity leadership.
  • Understand Capco capabilities like AI enablement, rapid prototyping, and take it to clients, including prospecting new clients.
  • Balance project delivery, practice building time, and developing client relationships.

What You’ll Bring With You: 

  • 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles, consulting and/ or financial services experience preferred
  • Successful project track record in either of the Financial Services domains: Capital Markets, Banking & Payments, Wealth & Asset Management, and Insurance
  • Proven record of success in strategic and large-transformation project delivery
  • Ability to partner with internal AI agents to co-develop hypotheses, recommendations, and engagement artefacts
  • Ability to curate and train AI models on client-specific data and firm IP to enhance relevance and precision
  • Experience advising and delivering change projects as part of a long-term strategic partnership with leading financial institutions  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise and influence a range of internal and external stakeholders  
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Ability to travel out of state Monday through Thursday as needed
