Role: TPRM Transformation Consultant (BA/PM)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to support a global TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management) transformation program within a leading financial services organization.

The program involves implementing a standardized global TPRM module in ServiceNow, and the role will focus on driving regional stakeholder alignment, defining global requirements, and supporting process standardization.

Key Requirements:

• 8–12 years of experience in Financial Services
• Strong experience in TPRM / Vendor Risk / Legal / Sourcing change programs
• Proven background in business analysis and project management within global programs
• Experience in process re-engineering Process Re-design, Process Improvement, Target operating model /TOM - essentially the role will be to build out a global process and work with Technology / Product owners to map to ServiceNow. (Servicenow experience is mandatory, TPRM module in that is good to have)
• Ability to independently run workshops, working groups, and stakeholder forums
• Strong experience working with Technology and Product teams (ServiceNow experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills mandatory
• Comfortable working across regions and time zones

This is a high-visibility role requiring someone who can drive consensus across functions and regions with minimal oversight.
