Internal Communications Specialist - UK & Central Europe
Location: London (Hybrid) | Corporate Services | Type: FTC - 12 Months

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Writer who will help execute Capco’s internal communications strategy for our UK and Central European businesses. This role will work closely with our Marketing and Communications team and requires excellent writing skills to craft internal communications of the highest quality, as well as strong project management skills.
You will implement the delivery of messages to Capco’s employee base, and will manage large, multi-part internal communications initiatives. You need to be comfortable in a high-performing, fast-paced environment, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to help produce executive level communications and employee communications quickly and efficiently. In addition, you will need to be comfortable working with very senior stakeholders, adept at multitasking and have an uncompromising commitment to quality, superb writing and internal event management.
What You'll Do:
- Write internal communications, both BAU and project related, to support our UK and European businesses.
- Help drive the delivery of communications for two different Managing Partners, in creative ways, reflecting Capco’s brand.
- Provide advisory support, including comms planning and editing, as well as channel and internal comms calendar management.
- Track metrics to measure success.
- Help manage SharePoint pages for both geos, including hands on publishing, and giving counsel to related Sharepoint page content owners.
The successful candidate will have:
- 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional writing and editorial skills, including experience writing for senior executives.
- Ability to formulate clear and concise executive and strategic messages to internal audiences and ensure delivery in a fast-paced environment
- A strong understanding of digital and other communication channels, and be very adept at using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
- Extremely organized with unfailing attention to detail and comfortable multi-tasking. Experience managing multi-part internal comms programs and events.
- Professional and executive presence conducive to working with senior leadership
- Experience working with and maintaining confidential and sensitive information
- Background in the financial services or professional services industries is preferred
