Job Title: Java Developer (Kafka, Spring Boot, Microservices)

Experience: 6–8 Years Location: Pune Work Model: Hybrid

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot, Kafka, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a client-facing environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have hands-on experience working in Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot Develop and manage event-driven systems using Apache Kafka

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Ensure high-quality code through best practices, code reviews, and testing

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

6–8 years of hands-on experience in Java development Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture

Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, event streaming)

Good understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed systems

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to work in a client-facing role

Good to Have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Exposure to NoSQL/SQL databases Key Competencies Strong problem-solving skills

Client handling and stakeholder management Ownership and accountability

Team collaboration and adaptability
