Role Title: Business Analyst

Private Banking Data & Technology 

Exp: 8-12 yrs

Role Purpose Bridge business and technology teams by defining requirements, data flows, and user journeys for data-driven and digital initiatives within Private Banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business, functional, and data requirements
• Translate wealth management needs into user stories and technical specifications
• Define and map data flows across core banking systems (e.g. Avaloq), data platforms, and digital channels
• Support design of client journeys (onboarding, portfolio management, transactions)
• Collaborate with engineering teams on solution design and delivery
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across business and technology
• Support UAT, testing, and implementation activities
• Strong understanding of Private Banking / Wealth Management processes
• Familiarity with core banking platforms such as Avaloq and associated data models
• Experience mapping end-to-end data lineage across systems

Skills & Experience • Strong BA capabilities (requirements gathering, stakeholder management) • Agile delivery (JIRA, Confluence, user stories) • Data analysis and mapping
