Drive revenue growth through Microsoft co-sell and strategic alliance execution in Financial Services.

The Role
Capco is seeking a Microsoft Partnerships Alliances Manager to support the execution and enablement of our global Microsoft partnership strategy. This role focuses on go-to-market (GTM) execution, partner operations, sales enablement and performance tracking, ensuring consistent collaboration between Capco and Microsoft across regions.

You will work closely with global and regional stakeholders to operationalise co-sell motions, improve pipeline visibility, and embed Microsoft-aligned propositions into Financial Services sales and delivery teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive joint pipeline creation with Microsoft across Azure, Data & AI, and Power Platform

  • Own and grow Microsoft-influenced revenue within assigned Financial Services accounts

  • Activate and lead co-sell motions with Microsoft sellers, including account planning and deal strategy

  • Identify, shape, and progress qualified opportunities from early-stage through close

  • Partner with Capco leaders to embed Microsoft into account strategies

  • Build strong relationships with Microsoft field sales, partner teams, and solution specialists

  • Track and report on pipeline, bookings, and co-sell performance metrics

  • Represent Capco in joint client meetings, Microsoft engagements, and industry events

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years of experience in alliances, partner sales, or direct sales roles within Microsoft ecosystem

  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and closing deals in partnership with Microsoft

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft co-sell motions, partner ecosystem, and field engagement model

  • Experience working in consulting, SI, or technology services organizations

  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience managing quota, pipeline targets, or revenue metrics

Bonus Points For

  • Exposure to Financial Services clients or transformation programmes

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services including Compute, Networking and Security

  • Knowledge of Data & AI platforms such as Copilot, Databricks and Azure AI services

  • Experience with Power Platform tools including Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate

  • Familiarity with Microsoft co-sell and marketplace programs
