Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Designer to join our Innovation & Design practice. This role is suited to a strategic, hands‑on content designer with strong experience shaping digital customer journeys and working directly with senior stakeholders.
You will play a key role in delivering content‑led experience change for large financial services clients, partnering closely with UX, product, and technology teams to produce clear, inclusive, and intuitive digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver content design across web and mobile platforms for large‑scale financial services programmes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer, business, and regulatory needs and translate them into effective content solutions.
- Define and maintain clear content strategies aligned to brand, experience, and business objectives.
- Create concise, “glanceable” and contextually relevant content that improves usability and customer confidence.
- Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and language across platforms while adapting content to different user contexts.
- Embed accessibility and inclusive content standards across all deliverables.
- Partner closely with UX designers and developers to ensure quality implementation.
- Communicate content rationale, progress, and recommendations clearly to senior client stakeholders.
Skills and Expertise
- 6–8+ years’ experience in Content Design, UX Writing, or related roles, ideally within financial services or consulting environments.
- Strong understanding of user‑centred design principles and content strategy.
- Experience working in cross‑functional, agile delivery teams.
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into clear, customer‑friendly language.
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma) and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin are an advantage.
