Senior Resource Specialist

The Role
As a Senior Resource Specialist within our HR function, you will play a key role in delivering effective, transparent, and data-driven resourcing across the Canada business. Sitting at the intersection of people, projects, and commercial priorities, you will support staffing decisions, optimize utilization, and help ensure the right people are deployed to the right opportunities.
You will work closely with consulting leadership, account teams, Recruitment, Finance, and HR partners to balance supply and demand, while supporting a positive and engaging experience for our consultants.
What You’ll Do
- Support staffing and deployment activities, ensuring alignment between business demand, consultant availability, and utilization goals
- Partner with stakeholders to identify suitable resources for open roles and confirm bookings in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate data across resourcing systems, including allocations, roll-offs, and demand tracking
- Monitor bench, upcoming availability, and pipeline demand to support proactive staffing decisions
- Help resolve staffing conflicts and escalate risks with clear context and recommended actions
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in resource management, workforce planning, HR operations, or a related coordination-focused role
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
- Analytical mindset with confidence working with data, reporting, and Excel
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communication skills and ability to support decision-making in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points For
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or a matrixed organization
- Familiarity with resourcing tools, workforce planning systems, or reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Exposure to utilization tracking, forecasting, or capacity planning
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is listed below. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.
