The Role

Capco is looking for an experienced technology consulting leader to join our Capital Markets & Wealth practice. This role is focused on helping clients navigate complex technology transformation challenges across Global Investment Banks, broker dealers, securities firms, asset managers, and wealth management organizations.

You will play a key role in growing strategic client accounts, originating new consulting opportunities, and leading large-scale transformation programs spanning technology modernization, AI, Data, Cyber, and operational transformation. This is an opportunity to join a high-growth practice with significant market momentum, strong leadership support, and substantial opportunity to make an impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and expand senior client relationships across Capital Markets and Wealth & Asset Management institutions, supporting growth across technology transformation, AI, Cyber, Data, and platform modernization engagements.
  • Lead the delivery of complex consulting programs focused on technology enablement, operational efficiency, digital transformation, and regulatory change.
  • Partner with Capco’s broader capability teams to identify new opportunities and deliver integrated client solutions across business and technology domains.
  • Contribute to business development activities including proposal development, commercial shaping, and account expansion initiatives.
  • Mentor and support consulting teams while helping foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong consulting experience within Capital Markets and Wealth & Asset Management technology environments, with exposure to investment banks, broker dealers, asset managers, or wealth platforms.
  • Proven ability to support and grow consulting revenue through trusted client relationships and successful program delivery.
  • Experience delivering technology transformation initiatives including cloud modernization, AI, Data, Cyber, digital platforms, or enterprise transformation programs.
  • Established relationships with senior stakeholders including CIOs, COOs, CISOs, and technology leadership teams within financial services.
  • Collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring teams and contributing to inclusive, team-oriented environments.

  • Experience working within entrepreneurial or high-growth consulting firms.
  • Exposure to wealth platform transformation, digital advisory capabilities, or front-to-back operational modernization.
  • Experience working with global delivery teams and distributed program structures.
  • Understanding of large-scale technology operating models and outsourcing strategies.
  • Experience contributing to commercial proposals and complex transformation pursuits.
