  Job Description – Project Manager - Conversation Banking

  • Establish and implement project/programme assurance frameworks aligned with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
  • Define and embed risk and control requirements within project plans, governance structures, and risk registers.
  • Collaborate closely with 1st and 2nd Lines of Defense, compliance, and governance teams to ensure alignment on assurance expectations.
  • Proactively identify gaps in controls or governance and drive early mitigation to prevent downstream risks/issues.
  • Map key risks to appropriate controls and continuously monitor effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
