The Role

Capco is looking for an experienced Capital Markets Technology Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of complex technology transformation programs for investment banking and capital markets clients. This is a senior client-facing leadership role where you'll oversee large-scale technology initiatives, provide architectural direction, build trusted executive relationships, and lead high-performing multidisciplinary delivery teams.

You'll combine deep capital markets expertise with strong technical leadership, helping clients modernize critical platforms while identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies including Generative AI and Agentic AI.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs across Capital Markets, ensuring successful execution, governance, financial oversight, and risk management.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders, acting as the primary technology delivery leader and strategic advisor.
  • Guide engineering, architecture, product, and delivery teams to design and implement scalable, secure, cloud-native technology solutions using Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Drive modernization across enterprise platforms, APIs, distributed systems, post-trade processing, DTCC integration, and market infrastructure.
  • Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to embed AI-enabled capabilities, Agentic AI architectures, and intelligent automation into enterprise technology programs.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of technology consulting, engineering, or enterprise delivery experience, including leading large-scale Capital Markets technology programs.
  • Deep knowledge of Capital Markets operating models, post-trade processing, market infrastructure, and hands-on experience with DTCC products and services.
  • Proven success leading large multidisciplinary technology teams and executive-level client engagements, supported by a strong enterprise architecture background.
  • Experience delivering cloud-native, distributed application architectures alongside strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and software development best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline, with exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working with investment banks, broker-dealers, exchanges, clearing organizations, or market infrastructure providers.
  • Expertise with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform alongside event-driven architecture, APIs, microservices, and container technologies.
  • Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, platform engineering, modern data platforms, and real-time processing architectures.
  • Experience designing or implementing enterprise AI solutions, including Agentic AI and production Generative AI applications.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, model lifecycle management, and integrating AI into enterprise business workflows.
