The Role

As an AI Workforce Enablement Product Lead, you will help Capco accelerate enterprise AI adoption by translating emerging AI capabilities into workforce enablement strategies, and practical business solutions. Working alongside L&D, product, engineering, architecture, and Corporate Services, you will lead initiatives that drive AI Learning transformation from strategy through implementation while helping Capco build the skills and capabilities needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Lead enterprise AI, Generative AI, and digital transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation, partnering with business and technology leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and data teams using Agile methodologies to develop enterprise AI products and workforce enablement solutions.
  • Design and deliver enterprise learning, digital adoption, and capability-building programs that accelerate AI adoption across Capco.
  • Translate rapidly evolving AI capabilities into practical business solutions, learning experiences, and reusable assets that support enterprise transformation.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing consulting, coaching, facilitation, and executive-level communication throughout complex transformation programs.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related discipline, with 8+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital product development, product management, enterprise transformation, workforce enablement, or AI strategy, ideally within Financial Services.
  • Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Foundation Models, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, prompt engineering, AI agents, workflow automation, and modern AI product development.
  • Experience designing and delivering enterprise learning, instructional design, adult learning programs, curriculum development, blended learning solutions, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms including ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and similar enterprise AI technologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, consulting, coaching, facilitation, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical business outcomes.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience leading enterprise AI transformation or workforce enablement initiatives within consulting organizations.
  • Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, model risk, and enterprise AI adoption best practices.
  • Experience building AI Communities of Practice, AI Champion programs, or enterprise capability-building initiatives.
  • Relevant certifications in Product Management, Agile, Azure, AWS, GCP, Microsoft Copilot, AI technologies, Learning & Development, or experience developing AI prototypes, proof-of-concepts, reusable accelerators, and enablement assets.
