The Role

As an AI Infusion Principal Consultant within Capco's Technology & Engineering practice, you'll partner with leading financial services clients to shape and deliver AI-enabled products that transform customer experiences, streamline operations, and unlock measurable business value.

Working alongside product leaders, engineers, architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders, you'll help define AI product strategies, translate emerging technologies into practical solutions, and guide the delivery of scalable AI-powered capabilities. What You'll Do

  • Lead the discovery, strategy, and roadmap development of AI-enabled products and features for financial services clients.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable AI solutions using technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and agentic AI.
  • Facilitate client workshops, define high-value AI use cases, and support rapid prototyping to validate innovative product concepts.
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and data teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms and digital ecosystems.
  • Provide trusted advisory support to senior client stakeholders, helping them adopt AI responsibly while delivering measurable business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years' experience in digital product development, product management, or technology consulting, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, foundation models, LLMs, RAG architectures, embeddings, and modern AI product development.
  • Experience working closely with engineering, architecture, and data teams to deliver complex technology products using Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills, with the ability to translate business needs into AI-enabled product capabilities.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience delivering AI-powered customer-facing or enterprise digital products within banking or capital markets.
  • Hands-on experience with AI experimentation, proof-of-concepts, or innovation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI principles, governance, and emerging AI best practices.
  • Experience working within consulting environments delivering complex client engagements.
  • Relevant product management, Agile, cloud, or AI certifications.
