Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital initiatives within the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, developers, QA, and external vendors.
- Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and digital solutions.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues proactively, and report status to senior stakeholders.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering digital projects in the banking or financial services industry.
- Hands-on experience managing:
- Mobile and digital customer journeys within banking applications.
- Public-facing websites, including content, customer experience, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
