We are looking for an experienced Workforce & project Manager to join our team and support our clients in optimizing their workforce strategy, planning and operational effectiveness.

The role

As a Workforce & project Manager, you will help organizations make better use of their people, capacity and resources. You will combine data-driven analysis with a strong understanding of operations to develop practical workforce solutions that improve efficiency, flexibility and performance.

You will work across workforce planning, operational optimization and transformation. This means translating business objectives and operational data into workforce models and staffing plans, while also helping clients implement and embed these changes in their organization.

The role offers a mix of analytical, project-based and stakeholder-facing responsibilities, making it particularly suited to someone who enjoys moving between data, operations and change.

What you will do

Workforce Planning & Analytics

  • Develop and optimize workforce plans and staffing scenarios based on business requirements, operational data and performance trends.

  • Translate business objectives and KPIs into practical capacity, staffing and scheduling solutions.

  • Analyze workforce trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, flexibility and resource utilization.

  • Support the development of workforce models, including different team structures, skill mixes and ways of working.

  • Continuously improve workforce planning approaches, forecasting and planning accuracy.

Transformation & Project Delivery

  • Contribute to or lead workforce planning, operational excellence and transformation initiatives.

  • Support the design and implementation of new workforce models, processes and organizational structures.

  • Work with stakeholders to translate recommendations into concrete actions and sustainable solutions.

  • Identify risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities and support the delivery of project objectives.

Operational & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with operational leaders, team leads and other stakeholders to ensure workforce plans reflect day-to-day operational realities.

  • Identify capacity constraints, bottlenecks and inefficiencies and translate them into actionable improvement initiatives.

  • Communicate analyses and recommendations clearly to different levels of the organization and help build support for change.

  • Act as a trusted partner to the client throughout the planning and transformation journey.

Your profile

  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data, KPIs and workforce planning.

  • Experience in workforce management, resource planning or a similar operational environment.

  • Affinity with workforce planning tools and complex scheduling; WFM/WFO experience is a plus.

  • Experience with project delivery, process improvement or transformation initiatives.

  • Strong communication skills, a pragmatic mindset and the ability to work effectively with both operational and senior stakeholders.

This is a hybrid consulting role with regular on-site work at the client. You will work from the client’s premises on a regular basis to collaborate with stakeholders, understand operational needs and ensure that solutions are practical and effective.
