About the Role

Operations Specialist – Supply Chain Finance

We are looking for entry-level Operations Specialists to join Operations team in Kraków and support the Supply Chain Finance process within the Structured Trade Hub.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting day-to-day Supply Chain Finance operations
  • Processing and verifying transactions and payments
  • Performing reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
  • Cooperating with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Meeting agreed quality and turnaround-time standards

Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Good communication and organisational abilities
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model, including 6–8 days per month in the Kraków office
  • Availability for increased office presence during the initial training period
  • Previous experience in trade finance, payments, banking operations or reconciliations would be an advantage, but is not essential
