Product Delivery Manager

About the role
We are seeking a Product Delivery Manager to lead enterprise client onboarding projects and collaborate with developers to continuously enhance the platform’s UX/UI. Reporting to the CTO, this role serves as a vital link between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless implementations and ongoing product improvements that elevate the user experience.

What you'll do

Client Onboarding:

Understand client goals and challenges to gather requirements and design tailored solutions using existing features or enhancements.

Alongside a team of developers, oversee the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, addressing bottlenecks and ensuring seamless onboarding of our software platform.

Act as the primary contact for clients during onboarding, managing communication, requirements, and escalations.

Partner with Customer Success Managers in nurturing client relationships during the implementation phase.

Project Management

Manage contracts, including Statements of Work (SOWs) and Order Forms (OFs), ensuring alignment with project scope.

Support enterprise configuration and ensure successful integration with client systems.

Platform Improvement

Partner with product teams to identify and implement UX/UI enhancements informed by client feedback and usage metrics.

Drive ongoing improvements to ensure the platform meets evolving client and business needs.

Qualifications
-
Implementation Experience: multiple years of onboarding customized enterprise software solutions or experience in a similar role

Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.

Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with enterprise software systems and an ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.

Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills
