About the Role 

As CapIntel’s first US Account Executive, you’ll lead our enterprise sales efforts with some of the most influential wealth and banking institutions in the country. You’ll own complex, high-value relationships and guide clients through strategic solutions that modernize how financial advisors engage their customers. Partnering closely with Leadership, GTM, and Build, you’ll shape our US go-to-market strategy, refine how we sell to large financial institutions, and set up the foundation for scalable growth across the region. 

What You’ll do 

  • Own and manage a pipeline of enterprise prospects across your assigned territory, driving net-new business and growth within existing accounts 
  • Act as a trusted advisor by leveraging deep knowledge of wealth, banking, and financial services to influence buying decisions 
  • Build high-trust, multi-level relationships across client organizations, including with C-Suite executives 
  • Partner with Leadership, GTM, and Build to design account strategies that maximize client value and growth 
  • Lead outbound strategy and execution, including prospecting, cold outreach, and multi-channel campaigns 
  • Navigate long, complex deal cycles with resourcefulness and a solutions-oriented approach 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Enterprise SaaS sales: proven success running full-cycle sales processes with large, complex organizations 
  • Outbound and prospecting: comfort with cold outreach and experience building new opportunities in untapped accounts 
  • Strategic time management: ability to prioritize across a large territory and multiple high-value deals 
  • Resourcefulness: thrives in ambiguity and can adapt quickly while building processes along the way 
  • Relationship builder: skilled at developing strong, multi-layered partnerships, including at the executive level 
  • Value-based selling: adept at uncovering client needs and aligning solutions to deliver measurable ROI 

Bonus Experience 

  • Background in financial services or wealth management 
  • Experience selling sales enablement or fintech solutions
